WHAT THE JOB CONSISTS IN?
As an international association magazine, we need to have a good management and an up-to-date database, which you would be in charge of. A big part of your job will however consist in accountancy (follow up of clients’ invoices, salaries, trip expenses, etc.) and daily administration, which are closely linked (post/shipment of our products, business trips bookings – flights, trains, hotels, etc.).

WHAT KIND OF PROFILE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a devoted, young, independent and self-motivated team member, someone with real social and communication skills. Ready to work with us in a SMALL team and also with our clients, with whom you will exchange a lot of e-mails and phone calls, so you should not be afraid of answering the phone. The person we are looking for must be flexible and good at multi-tasking in a collaborative and helpful spirit. We really enjoy working together in a good, happy and positive environment, where we are more than just colleagues. In order to make this happen, you must be perfect bilingual Dutch & French and have a good command of English for the administrative part of your tasks. Any other language will be an asset for you in this company.
